Lawrence K. Fish, CCP, SPHR
Larry Fish provides consulting services to Corporate Performance Strategies clients nationwide across a variety of industries. He has particular expertise with total rewards program development, compensation planning and design, employee benefits, employee communications, and administration of related direct pay, management incentives and sales compensation plans. Larry attained significant hands-on project management experience while serving as a member of corporate senior management teams and consulting with clients.
Larry has enjoyed a distinguished career as a member of the senior leadership team directing corporate human resources and total rewards for companies such as First Financial Management Corporation (now First Data Corporation), Georgia Federal Bank, and Ponderosa, Inc.
As a member of the Corporate Performance Strategies team for over four years, Larry has served in total rewards leadership roles on an interim basis with well-respected organizations such as Worldspan by Travelport and The Weather Channel as well as performing human resource project management for CPS clients on an ongoing basis.
Larry has been a member for over 20 years with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and WorldatWork (formerly American Compensation Association) and has passed their respective professional certification requirements. He has been a Reviewer for WorldatWork’s publications. Larry is a founding member of the Atlanta Area Compensation Association (AACA) and was 2000 President for that professional association. Larry also served in various committee and Board of Directors roles for SHRM-Atlanta. He has been a featured speaker at numerous regional and national professional and trade association meetings and seminars and has authored over 100 articles regarding human resource and total rewards practices.
Larry is a graduate of Western Illinois University and has a B.A. in Sociology. He and his wife reside in Atlanta with their family.
